» By Road: From Udupi - 90kms - 2hrs, Mangalore - 38kms - 50 minutes, Puttur - 31kms - 55 minutes

» By Train: Nearest railway stations - Mangalore/ Subrahmanya - 70kms - 1 hr 30min

» Note: Travel arrangements to the venue should be done on your own

The Food

» You will be served with three vegetarian meals. 

» Salads & Fruits to nourish the body and lighten the load on the digestive system. 

» The meals will be simple, nourishing and satvic with minimal oil.

The Stay

» The stay arrangements at the yoga retreat are designed to reflect simplicity and minimalism, in line with the program’s focus on inner growth and well-being

» Accommodation is dormitory-style with basic facilities, offering a serene and comfortable environment for participants. 

» The dormitories are separate for ladies and gents, providing privacy and comfort during the stay.

» Common restrooms are available, ensuring essential needs are met while maintaining a modest living space. 

» This arrangement fosters a sense of community while encouraging participants to disconnect from external distractions and focus on the transformative experience of the retreat.

Check-in & Check-out

» Check in: September 27 (Friday), 4 - 5 PM. Introductory session at 6 PM.      

» Check out: September 29 (Sunday), Anytime after 5 PM

Program Fee

The below program fee includes all elements of this 2 days and 2 nights meditation retreat program - Your stay, all meals, all program experiences and felicitation fee.
