Our teachers and organizers are not responsible for any damage or personal injury or illness sustained by participant during participation in any class or other activity arranged by Nishchala Classical Yoga, the teachers of Nishchala Classical Yoga or any other person participating in the class or activity wherever the class or activity is held or while practicing anything presented therein; whether or not the damage, personal injury or illness arises from the negligence or breach of any statutory duty of the instructor or any other member of the class or activity
Cancellation Policy
- Programme cancellations and refunds will be subject to a 10% admin fee.
- Programme cancellations made more than 15 days before the start date, will get 50% refund or transferred to a future programme.
- Programme cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date, will get 25% refund or transferred to a future programme.
- Programme cancellations made less 3 days before the start date, no refund will be made. However you can transfer to a future programme.
- Programme cancellations on the day of the program, no refund will be made.
Our class capacity is limited, thus if a cancellation is necessary, please inform us as early as possible so that we can offer this opportunity to someone on our waiting list.
